Order Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside protective packaging shipping.
Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Returns Process: You have 5 days from the date you received your order to return. E-mail bonjour@carteblanchebride.com.au to request returns permission.
You must organise your return as soon as you know it’s not quite right for you.
Standard Made to Order Dresses + CIVILE Collection
As your dress is made especially for you - no piece exists until you order it - Carte Blanche Bride is unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard. It is highly recommended you try your dress on as soon as you receive it. If you have lost or gained weight, we recommend contacting Anastasia direct for guidance and recommendation to a preferred local seamstress.
Rush Order Dresses + CIVILE Collection
As your wedding date is sooner than the standard time frame it takes to produce a Made-to-Order gown, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on Priority Made-to-Order bridal items. We do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown (unless there is a manufacturing fault). Once your measurements are confirmed, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production. Unfortunately, there is no provision for refunds or exchanges.
