The Encore Collection

The Encore Collection, our carefully curated peer-to-peer marketplace that gives our exclusive designer gowns a beautiful second life. Please understand that Carte Blanche Bride operates strictly as a trusted intermediary to facilitate these direct connections between our past clients (sellers) and new brides (buyers); we never take physical possession, ownership, or custody of the garments ourselves. Because each gown is sold directly from bride to bride, it is offered on a strict "as-is" basis, where minor fabric variations, signs of wear, or previous alterations are to be expected as a natural part of a beautifully pre-owned luxury item. While we meticulously vet every listing before publication for brand authenticity and proof of professional dry cleaning, and require full disclosure of condition and alterations from our sellers, we cannot physically inspect the gowns. To honour the delicate, bespoke, and high-value nature of these unique pieces, all sales are strictly final, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges allowed for fit issues or change of mind. For a smooth and secure experience, we manage all communications, hold all funds securely, and provide a 48-hour mediation window upon tracked delivery for any significant, undisclosed discrepancies.
