General Shipping Info
The delivery times provided by this Website are estimates only however, all speical orders require a minimum of 4-6 weeks from manufacture and delivery. Carte Blanche Bride will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Any in-stock items that are purchased online are available for immediate delivery with up to 1-2 days handling time in addition to your estimated shipping window.

Occasionally we are able to accommodate really urgent orders, provided you get in touch direct via our contact page. No guarantees can be made, however Carte Blanche Bride is known for service and experience so if we can, we will!
Taxes, Duties & Customs
Shipping within Australia: When shipping within Australia, all prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
All charges must be paid by the customer to ensure your order is released by customs, failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the abandonment of your delivery.

Shipping to the Rest of the World
Orders placed to be shipped to any other Country not listed above are priced in Australian Dollars and are delivered on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. As these orders are shipped DDU you may be charged duties and taxes by your local customs authority. Duties and taxes are calculated based on what item was ordered, the value and the destination of that order. We are unable to estimate what these charges will be as they are levied by your local customs authority and vary from Country to Country. All charges must be paid by the customer to ensure your order is released by customs, failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned. It’s official; You’re going to be a Carte Blanche Bride! Anastasia will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm your measurements and wedding details. I am here to help you every step of the way!
3. Complete The Look
It’s time to complete your look! You can explore the complimenting French-designed and made accessories online, or ask Anastasia for some style assistance.
4. Handmade in the Heart of Paris
Oui, oui, now the magic happens! Your special order will be handmade in the heart of Paris with well over 100 years' combined couture experience. Or if you have selected a Courte Collection piece, stylish Melbourne is where the magic happens.
5. You’re on your way!

6. Packed & Ready
The most exciting package you’ll ever receive! Your Parcel will be dispatched via Australia Post Express, Platinum Service. We deliver to Australia and New Zealand brides! If you are located elsewhere don’t hesitate to get in touch with anastasia@carteblanchebride.com.au
7. Shipping of Your Order
You will receive tracking information from Anastasia so you can track your precious package.
Shipping Australia- and New Zealand-Wide: If you are located within Australia your gown will be sent via Australia Express Post which takes between 1-3 business days to arrive. Due to COVID delays and demands, New Zealand parcels can take up to 2 weeks. You will receive tracking information so you can track your precious package.
International Shipping (Outside of Australia)
We offer worldwide delivery – you must e-mail us direct for approval and information on how to order. All international orders are sent via Express, fully traceable means. It can take between 5-14 business days to arrive, depending on your location. We send you tracking information so you can track your precious package.
