SIZING AND ORDERING
Made to Order
If your wedding is more than 12 weeks away, you are a Standard Made-to-Order bride. Your dress will be handmade especially for you in Laure de Sagazan’s Paris atelier to your size range. Your measurements will determine the sizing and proportions that best suit you.
If your wedding is less than 8 weeks away, we will need to organise a RUSH order for you. We may be able to enquire about a dress in stock or for a fee; a faster production than usual. Your dress will still be handmade especially for you in Laure de Sagazan’s Paris atelier to your size range. Your measurements will determine the sizing that best suit you. With a career in personal shopping and styling, Anastasia is here to help you every step of the way! You can get in touch at any time at firstname.lastname@example.org . Once you have ordered your dress , Anastasia will get in touch with you to confirm your size and other details – including your measurements and shipping details – all the way through until the delivery of your dress.

Taking Your Measurements
BUST – Around the fullest part of your bust, across the nipple.
UNDERBUST – Measure directly under the bust, where bra bone would sit. WAIST – Around the smallest part of your waistline.
WAIST – The smallest part of your torso, just above your belly button.
HIP – Around the fullest part of your bottom.
WAIST TO FLOOR – From smallest part of your waist to the floor.
BICEP – Measure the fullest part of your upper arm.

Shipping Australia- and New Zealand-Wide
If you are located within Australia and New Zealand, your gown will be sent via Australia Express Post Platinum Service which takes between 1-3 business days to arrive. You will receive tracking information so you can track your precious package.
International Shipping (Outside of Australia)
We offer worldwide delivery – you must e-mail us direct for approval and information on how to order. All international orders are sent via DHL Express or TNT International, which takes between 3 -7 business days to arrive. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your precious package.
General Shipping Info
The delivery times provided by this Website are estimates only however, all orders require a minimum of 16 weeks to manufacture and deliver. Carte Blanche Bride will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
Shipping within Australia: When shipping within Australia, all prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
All charges must be paid by the customer to ensure your order is released by customs, failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the abandonment of your delivery.

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
Orders placed to be shipped to any other Country not listed above are priced in Australian Dollars and are delivered on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. As these orders are shipped DDU you may be charged duties and taxes by your local customs authority. Duties and taxes are calculated based on what item was ordered, the value and the destination of that order. We are unable to estimate what these charges will be as they are levied by your local customs authority and vary from Country to Country. All charges must be paid by the customer to ensure your order is released by customs, failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the abandonment of your delivery.

At Carte Blanche Bride, there is no such thing as success without happy customers and quality product and service. This is as the business own, I am committed to continuing the stellar reputation that Carte Blanche Bride has, and when dealing with so many brides each year – this is crucial.
From the beginning I have placed just as much importance on customer experience and customer service as I have to the product itself. Carte Blanche Bride is completely invested in how each woman feels when from phone and e-mail interactions to your showroom appointments. The level of passion and dedication is what drives Carte Blanche Bride.
Every product is handmade and finished in France, ensuring exceptional finish and quality. All Carte Blanche designers are committed to being at the forefront of lace and fabric design and manufacturing. The cutters, seamstresses and design and production teams have exceptional experience and skill, particularly with their unique garment construction and luxury delicate fabrics.
Carte Blanche Bride does not believe in mass production. Each gown is made to order and even the CIVILE collection is produced on demand. I aim to minimise and reduce waste and environmental impact as much as possible, this includes offsetting all local and international shipping for carbon impact.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Online Jewellery & Accessories Order
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside protective packaging shipping.
Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Returns Process: You have 5 days from the date you received your order to return. E-mail email@example.com to request returns permission.
It is recommended that you organise your return as soon as you know it’s not quite right for you.
Standard Made to Order Dresses + CIVILE Collection
As your dress is made especially for you to your dress size range, Carte Blanche Bride is unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard. It is highly recommended you try your dress on as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely circumstance your dress does not fit you, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order. If you have lost or gained weight, we recommend contacting Anastasia direct for guidance and an advice to provide to your preferred local seamstress.
If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, postage will be covered by Carte Blanche Bride. You will need to provide updated measurements and images for our production team before the dress is returned. Any dresses being returned to Carte Blanche Bride must be returned in the original packaging. If you wish to cancel your order before locking-in your measurements, a cancellation fee will be applicable. The cancellation fee $300 covers the cost of administration, fabric allocation, pre-production and pattern preparation associated with your order. Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production.
Rush Order Dresses + CIVILE Collection
As your wedding date is sooner than the standard time frame it takes to produce a Made-to-Order gown, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on Priority Made-to-Order bridal items. We do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown (unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault). Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production. You will not be subject to any refund.
If you need to cancel your order in extreme circumstances, you can only do so providing your gown hasn’t begun production. There is a cancellation fee $300AUD to cover the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production and pattern preparation associated with your order. You must contact email@example.com to discuss the circumstances surrounding the cancellation well in advance of your production date.
If you have any concerns upon receiving your gown, please contact After Sales firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your gown and our team will assess your unique situation. Unfortunately, if your measurements change from what you confirmed with at your lock in date, you are responsible for any alteration fees incurred. Carte Blanche Bride is more than happy to offer advice to take to your seamstress. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact Carte Blanche Bride direct at email@example.com . Upon assessment from our team, if a manufacturing fault is found, all costs will be paid by Carte Blanche Bride including shipping. If you decide not to send your dress back to Carte Blanche Bride for any reason, Carte Blanche Bride will no longer be liable.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Carte Blanche Bride reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your items purchased are for personal use only and cannot be used for a commercial purpose. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Carte Blanche Bride, including our directors, partners, shareholders, employees and other third parties associated with running this Website is not liable to the maximum extent permitted by law to you or anyone else for any loss of income, profit, contracts, goodwill or financial loss or damage without limitation suffered as a result of negligence or otherwise arising in connection with use of this Website or the products sold on it.
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All countries purchasing will be charged in AUD.
Please keep in mind we are an Australian based business and upon ordering you may be charged an international transaction fee. This is enforced by your bank and we don’t have any control over this fee. It is best to contact your bank if you have any queries.
